As partof the post project review of its new PFI facility, RKW undertook an analysis of current performance and activity with projections to meet patients charter and waiting list requirements, demographic growth and seasonal fluctuations. We also produced a capacity model to enable the Trust to explore variations in performance assumptions and models of care to better match capacity to future demand projections.
