RKW are currently supporting the Trust in preparation for its short, medium and long-term planning process as part of the Trust's PHSI project. Specific workstreams include service and activity planning including developing the Trust's model of care within the locality. This work will form the basis of the Trust's future capital development plans to be incorporated in the overall strategy for capital investment in Wales.
