Overview
Projects
With experience in developing and applying models for estimating future demand, capacity and workforce at national, hospital and service specific levels, we ensure that the approach adopted is appropriate to project stage, realistic in terms of data availability and quality and delivers robust outcomes within clearly defined confidence limits. Our models are user friendly, making key assumptions and their significance clear and allowing rapid what-if analysis and course correction. We are happy to transfer models to our clients for their own use beyond our engagement.
