RKW have worked with this world renowned children's Trust for many years, initially in developing their strategic service and estates vision as part of the GOS2000 project. RKW undertook the service and financial modelling for the SOC in 2000 which envisaged a capital investment in excess of £300m. Subsequently we have assisted the Trust in developing Outline Business Cases for individual components of the overall vision and completed the Full Business Case for the initial component of development which delivers a new transitional care and day unit on the hospital site. We have also assisted the Trust in the consultation and option appraisal processes for subsequent phases of the overall development of the site.
