RKW have a long and well established relationship with this major London Trust developed over many years. Recently providing support in the exploration of options for the creation of a primary care led Urgent Care Centre associated with the existing Accident and Emergency department. The process was supported by analysis and illustration of existing patient flows, development of alternative options in conceptual formats, workshop facilitation and estimation and identification of functional content.
