The Evelina Children's Hospital opened in October 2006 on the St Thomas' acute hospital site. It provides a range of tertiary services including cardiothoracic and neurosciences and secondary services for children in South London. The hospital provides 120 inpatient beds, outpatient therapy services, interventional suites and dedicated paediatric imaging. RKW have worked with the Trust on this award winning landmark development from inception through to commissioning, initially as part of the team that won the RIBA design competition then directly for the Trust.
