RKW supported the Trust in the production of their Strategic Outline Case  (SOC) for an investment proposal of £700m. This SOC will form part of the All Wales investment framework currently being undertaken through Welsh Health Estates and identifies future clinical strategy and the key components that will comprise the case for investment.
