RKW assisted the LHB in the production of the first Integrated Service and Estates Strategy (ISES) for investment in the primary infrastructure in Torfaen. It provided a programme of service development, modernisation and investment over  the next 5-10 years which emerged from the formulation of a shared local vision for primary and community care development based on local population health needs, national and local service targets and harmonising developments with relevant and agreed plans of local partners in the health and social care economy. We have also worked closely with the Local Authority in developing an overarching service and financial model to assist in the forward appraisal of LA funding requirements.
