RKW provided support to both the Acute and Mental Health Trusts for this £330m scheme to consolidate and redevelop services on the Queen Elizabeth site. We assisted the Trust and the University in developing output specifications, articulating models of care and briefing for the Public Sector Comparator scheme and were an integral part of the bidder liaison and evaluation team throughout all stages of the bid process upto and including Financial Close.
